What do I actually get when I sign up?

The alert tells you the market, side, entry, stop, three targets, the reason for the trade, and the risk note. The EA enforces your risk caps before any order goes through.

How are the trade alerts actually generated?

Every alert is screened by three independent agents — one technical (Auction Market Theory + volume profile + structure), one fundamental (interest-rate context, scheduled news, macro flow), and one sentiment (CFTC COT positioning + retail/social bias). Only signals where at least two of the three agents agree on direction are sent. The rest are filtered out before they ever reach the channel.

Which markets are covered?

Major and cross FX pairs, gold and silver, the US stock-index futures (ES, NQ, YM, RTY), crude, and the top-three liquid crypto pairs (BTC, ETH, SOL). Coverage expands when a market has reliable institutional volume to read.

Question 4

Which brokers and prop firms work with the EA?

Any MetaTrader 5 broker. The MT5 receiver runs locally on your machine and connects to whichever broker terminal you have logged in. Prop firms supported include FTMO, MyForexFunds, The 5%ers, FundedNext, Apex, Topstep, and FTUK. If your firm runs MT5, the EA runs.

How does the one-account-per-licence enforcement actually work?

On the first time you attach the EA, it captures your MT5 account login number and posts it to our licence server. The licence is permanently bound to that account number. If you try to attach the same licence on a different MT5 account, the EA refuses to start. To move accounts, email the desk — we re-bind manually after a brief verification.

Can the EA blow up my account if it misfires?

You set the hard limits before it ever takes a trade — max risk percent per trade, max lot size, max open positions, max slippage, and minimum AI confidence to act on. The EA checks each rule before submitting an order to your broker. If any rule fails, the order is dropped and logged. You can also disable any individual rule from the input panel.

How much does it cost and what payment methods do you take?

Monthly access is AUD 250 per seat per month. Lifetime is by enquiry. Payment is via Square — credit / debit / Apple Pay / Google Pay. AUD invoiced. Cancel any time; access continues until the end of your current billing cycle.

How do you handle refunds?

Within seven days of your first payment, refund on request — no questions asked. After that, refunds are case-by-case and usually apply to billing errors only. Full policy is at /refund-policy.
