Refund Policy
Effective 1 April 2025
Overview
We want you to be satisfied with Liquidity Labs. Because our products are digital services delivered immediately upon subscription, our refund policy is limited but fair.
Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time via the billing portal — your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not issue prorated refunds for unused days on monthly plans once the period has begun.
7-Day Refund Window
If you are unsatisfied within the first 7 days of your initial subscription (not renewals), you may request a full refund by emailing support@liquiditylabs.com.au with your account email and reason. Refunds under this window are granted at our discretion but generally approved for genuine first-time subscribers.
Lifetime Plan
The Lifetime plan is a one-time, non-refundable purchase. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you have read the feature description, risk disclaimer, and understand the product. We strongly recommend trialling a monthly plan first.
Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Subscription renewals (you will receive a renewal reminder email 3 days prior)
- Trading losses — signals are not guaranteed to be profitable
- Inability to use the EA due to your broker's restrictions
- Accounts found to have violated our Terms of Service
How to Request a Refund

- Subject: “Refund Request — [your email]”
- Your account email address
- Date of purchase
- Reason for request
